leb.org has always maintained an apolitical stand, welcoming members from all edges and remaining neutral in face of political events.
But today, it's not about politics. It is war and there's no staying out of it.
Lebanon is under siege:
Regardless of what your political beliefs are, Lebanon is being destroyed at the time you read this. And there is one thing you can do to help cease the fire: you can make your voice heard against the disaster that's being forced upon us.
Scream your indignation and call for a cease-fire.
At a horrible time like this, we need to stand together and react. Only by showing how united we are, will we be able to achieve massive sensibilization and help Lebanese children have a future. Help Lebanon. Support Lebanon.

Israel está destruindo o Líbano e não tem esse direito.
Crianças, mulheres, civis inocentes estão sendo mortos pelos ataques Israelenses. Famílias inteiras estão sendo expulsas de suas cidades. Pontes, estradas, aeroportos, portos, estradas, usinas e centrais de telecomunicações estão sendo destruídas aos pedaços. O país inteiro foi isolado do resto do mundo.
Nós, povo Libanês, estamos tristes, estamos sofrendo, estamos com raiva, estamos determinados e mobilizados a trabalhar juntos para salvar nossa nação.
A iniciativa de Israel é um castigo coletivo, injusto e desproporcional infligido ao Líbano pelas razões erradas: o que está acontecendo hoje vai muito além da simples troca de prisioneiros.
O Líbano está em desespero: é um desastre humanitario e econômico.
- Nós pedimos por um cessar fogo imediato sob os auspícios das Nações Unidas,
- Nós pedimos pela soberania do governo em todo o território Libanês em cooperação com as Nações Unidas,
- Nós pedimos sua ajuda para pressionar Israel a parar os ataques.
Nos ajude a alcançar estas metas o mais rápido possível.
