leb.org has always maintained an apolitical stand, welcoming members from all edges and remaining neutral in face of political events.
But today, it's not about politics. It is war and there's no staying out of it.
Lebanon is under siege:
Regardless of what your political beliefs are, Lebanon is being destroyed at the time you read this. And there is one thing you can do to help cease the fire: you can make your voice heard against the disaster that's being forced upon us.
Scream your indignation and call for a cease-fire.
At a horrible time like this, we need to stand together and react. Only by showing how united we are, will we be able to achieve massive sensibilization and help Lebanese children have a future. Help Lebanon. Support Lebanon.

Israel esta destruyendo el Libano, no tiene derecho de hacer eso.
Los ninos, mujeres y civiles inocentes estan siendo asesinados por los ataques israelis. Familias enteras han tenido que desalojar sus casas. Los puentes, aeropuertos, carreteras, plantas de energia electrica y redes de comunicacion han sido completamente destruidas, conviritiendo el pais en ruinas. Todo el pais ha sido desconectado del resto del mundo.
Nosotros, los Libaneses, estamos tristes, estamos sufriendo, estamos enojados, y hemos tomado la determinacion para trabajar juntos y salvar nuestra nacion.
La iniciativa de Israel es injusta y disproporiconada, un castigo injusto y colectivo contra el Libano por razones erroneas: lo que esta pasando ahora va mas haya del intercambio de los prisioneros.
Libano esta en desesperacion: es un desastre humanitario y economico.
- Hacemos un llamado por que se detenga inmediatamente el fuego bajo el apoyo de las Naciones Unidas UN,
- Hacemos un llamado para el establecimiento de la soberania del govierno Libanes en todo el territorio Libanes en cooperacion con las naciones unidas UN,
- Hacemos un llamado por tu ayuda para presionar a que Israel detenga sus ataques.
Ayudanos a conseguir esto lo mas pronto posiblo.
Asi el Libano sobrevira. El Libano sobrevivira.
